Cosmetics and jewelry a complete unorganized jumbled mess. Their answer to my question of where a certain item may be is "We are out of that product"; solidifying any further obligation. In truth she had no idea. The rest ou the store was ok but unkempt and messy. Many household items in precarious unattended arrangements waiting for the moment to to cause havoc. parents with small children beware. Not a place I would like to go back to.

Absolutely worst retail experience Ive ever had. This store is completely unorganized. You have to wait in the purchase line to make a return. Very inconvenient. I was greeted by a nice young lady who was trying her hardest to be courteous. Her manager on the other hand was absolutely rude, and was practically yelling at me when I was just trying to make a simple exchange. I will NEVER return to any Marshall EVER again. Ive shopped here a million times, but not anymore.
