We have been taking our daughter here for about a year and a half. Kia treats our daughter like she is one her own, and we are so happy with her as a care-taker. She is constantly providing advice for how to deal with situations as a first time parent and her approach is always from a place of care. We definitely recommend Nini's Daycare, and thank you Kia!

Have both my kids going here. My first kid started going here when he was One and half years old. He never came home with diaper rashes, in fact he got fully potty trained by  the time he was two and half, all thanks to the provider. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Had always had great care provided to my kids. The other parents shared my experience as well. They have clean, quiet, and a nurturing and fun filled environment. A lot of times it so happened that my son wouldn't want to leave this place as there are other kids to play with that are his age. Highly recommend this daycare. The provider is always honest with everything. They have higher standards compared to other daycares in the area. They are also located close to the highway, so it's very easy to drop off and pickup.

Let me start by saying when I first met Kia she was friendly and looked like she knew how to run her daycare... my son attended her daycare for 2 weeks and I had to move him somewhere else literally last minute because of the lack of communication on her part and her not meeting the county requirements... I was advised my son couldn't come back on a Thursday evening and The next day to find out he couldn't return to her daycare... which was very unprofessional! I sent her a text that evening letting her know it was leaving me with no care for my son on such short notice and she responded 2 days later apologizing and then a day later suggesting taking my son to her mom's daycare... I was fed up and ended up taking my son somewhere else... I wouldn't recommend Kia, first of all, it was ok, until the last week I noticed a few things about my son, one wrong diaper was put on him, a size 3!! When he wears a size 6! Two he came home with a horrible blister rash! I told the helper. Please please make sure your change him right away.... Now, this whole fiasco left me to find last-minute daycare on such short notice, taking time off of work to do this, which could have been avoided, and lastly, she refused to refund my deposit! She had too many kids here, which I didn't notice until speaking to another parent whose child was also moved.... Unprofessional!

I found this daycare to be extremely flexible with our schedule. Additionally, the pricing was fair. The daycare operator was available and answered questions promptly. With that said, there was a large amount of infants at this daycare, requiring additional assistance from the staff. My toddler came home twice in the diaper he went in with 7 hours before being picked up.  One day upon picking him up the owner mentioned that our situation was not going to work out. So, I asked her if she meant it wasn't working out for her or the schedule of only bringing him in three days? She never really answered that question. Upon reflecting on those two experiences we felt this was not the best place for our toddler. However, I would not discourage anyone from trying it out if they wanted to because the schedule was so flexible and the cost was so fair.  I would just caution you to be involved and ask questions when you pick up your child, to make sure it is the best fit for their needs.
