I've been dealing with posture issues for a couple of years now. Dr. Irma helped me with my range of motion on my upper body as well as other imbalances. She is very knowledgable and her personality makes you feel at home. Dr. Irma is welcoming and can answer any question you have with confidence and understanding. It was my first visit with Dr. Irma today, and I cannot rave about my experience more! I came in because I was worried about back pain that was bothering me and was getting worse over a period of several years. After one hour visit with Dr. Irma I was feeling like a completely new person. If you are looking for an experienced chiropractor who Is knowledgeable, kind and will give you undivided attention look no further. Dr. Irma is a true healer! Thank you so much Dr. Irma!

I threw my back out 3 days before getting on a plane to go back East for my daughters wedding! I was in so much pain I thought I may need to miss it. I was recommended to Dr. Irma from a colleague who swore she would be able to help me. I was able to get in that afternoon and was relieved of 85% of the pain as I left my FIRST visit! The wedding was perfect and as soon as I returned I went to see Dr. Irma again. Today, after me second visit, I am pain free and so very thankful! I will continue to schedule visits to Vida Hermosa and Dr. Irma as needed for maintenance and will recommend her to ANYONE that may be experiencing back/leg pain! THANK YOU DR. IRMA !
