Will is great - always helpful and has a deep and thorough knowledge of tax law. Highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who will do a great job!

Google lead me to this place and the reviews are spot on, i called and sent a text and was scheduled in with in an hour! I had three years of tax's i had not filed, i had a divorce, child support and care, with other fun adds... The cost was fair and upfront, the results were well worth it! Also since the transaction i have sent random texts with questions regarding my tax's and friends and family, with prompt responses.... i will be returning, and continue promoting...

Will is outstanding! For years, I used H&R Block to prepare my taxes - big mistake. When I met with Will, not only did he make the process incredibly easy, he also discovered that I way overpaid my taxes in 2016 when I was still using H&R Block. He helped me refile - I got a big refund from both the federal and state. Again, I can't recommend him highly enough!

I would not recommend seeing Will Martensen for taxes nor would I ever trust him with my taxes again. What an awful experience! I trusted him in 2018 to file my taxes which ended up leaving me in 13k debt owed to the IRS. I received the notice in the mail 2 years later. When I called Will to reach for advice, I felt completely blown off and was not offered decent instructions on what to do next. Instead, his focus was on shaming me for not returning to him to file my taxes for the following year. Now, I'm in debt and asking him to help undo the mistake created the year he filed my taxes. On the phone, we agreed to a $425 charge. Later, he texted me saying that $425 was his hourly rate and to retain his services I would have to pay a $1500 deposit. I felt completely taken advantage of. He does a horrific job at fixing things.
