      image Only order from their online bookstore if you want to be completely and utterly ignored while trying to make a return or have any issues whatsoever with your purchase. Not only do they make it an absolute nightmare to figure out who to contact about it, but they will not reply to any attempts to contact them when you do, even when you are well within the requirements of their return policy. I imagine the bookstore in person is not much better. Do not give them your money. 0/5 stars.
