I enjoyed my training at the academy.  My instructor was great and made me feel comfortable. My salon opens in 1 week! I am so happy we can provide this service to our clients. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with them. Amanda, the so called director of plasmalift/skin tightening, is the most rudest, impudent, and unprofessional person sitting on that position to run the company. She should be ashamed of treating her clients like garbage and with disrecpect. She is a contradictory and condescending lady lacking basic business etiquettes and interpersonal skills. She was outrightly rude from the get go when I called them to inquire about their training course. She said one thing to me and when my wife called she told her something else about the course. After bringing up our concern to her and pointing out her rude attitude towards us, instead of expressing any kind of compassion or apology she went on a fued in text messaging to me by saying that we both husband and wife were diesrecprful to her (for asking too many questions because we wanted to ensure that we understand all the information correctly before signing up and paying them thousands of dollars; which we are glad we didn't)
Shame on them!

I took the microblading course. I really really liked my instructor Angie and what I disliked about the training is nothing under her control. I flew across the country to take this course specifically because I planned on moving to California and wanted a decent job when I got here and their website says that they help with job placement. Which is very misleading. I thought that once I took the class they would actually place me somewhere and I would have a career with microblading they way that it is presented on their website. But instead I am currently living in CA with no job and all that this company did was place me on a job referral list. They also knew how far I was coming from to take the course which made it impossible for me to bring my own model so I was forced to practice on fake skin. I didn't feel confident when leaving the class due to this and I still don't feel that confident. Idid learn a little bit but I am actually considering taking another course elsewhere just to build my confidence a little more and to get assistance with learning how to build my clientele. It also makes me sad because i really want to take the glow facial training and the plasma skin tightening training but I don't want to pay for it if I'm not going to leave the class feeling confident in the skill again.

I recently took the plasma skin tightening class in their temecula office, my instructor was Angie, she was very professional, right on time. Pleasant and easy to talk too. I have some confusion with the pricing and scheduling due to my personal circumstances but Amanda and her team the manager/ owner of broadway skin care was very patient and professional in dealing with it. I really appreciate all the patience and the knowledge i received from them... They are just awesome! Im one proud fibroblast specialist from broadway skin care and sooo excited for my next class with them for the Bb glow skin facial! Thank you again!

LOVE Broadway Beauty Academy!!! Angie is the best, and I feel so confident after my micro training with her. Support staff is awesome and they were so patient with me and available whenever I had questions. I received a beautiful kit and Im so excited. Thanks Broadway!
