I just got my car back. Thank you Kevin Pham and team for high quality and efficient work. I was in a fender bender and they were able to complete my repair in under a week. Kevin even helped set up a rental for me. Thank you for your professionalism and always keeping me updated on the status of my car. Even with having to wait for my insurance to approve their supplemental estimate they were able to finish my car in a timely manner. Definitely recommend San Juan Collision center and Kevin is your go to guy!

Update: This location lost my car's Rocker Panel. After a month and a bunch of back and forth, once insurance got involved and reopened the claim, they ordered the part and installed it.
Two trips to this location for accidents that others were liable for. If you get Jim, request a new advisor immediately. Doesn't want to deal with outside insurance companies and will attempt to pressure you into accepting an inflated initial estimate. Talks over you, cuts you off, does not answer questions. Said the he would not honor my request because it would effect car delivery time and his performance review. One of the worst customer service reps I've ever met. First experience here with another advisor was much better.

I went in to take care of the side panel of my X. It was a hit and run situation, and Kevin and the staff were so friendly, and attentive. They took care of me well and worked with the insurance. Thank you Kevin for a stellar service. From keeping us in the loop, to the timeliness of service, you guys deserve a five stars!
