Ivy Park at Mission Viejo

Wonderful staff here at Ivy Park. My dad is able to get the help he needs with the caring and patient staff in their memory care unit. Top notch.

Do not do business here. They quote you one price and then switch it on you when you get ready to sign. They say everythings good and then come back with a feeble excuse why they cant accept your loved one. Itll be a waste of your time to even pursue it.

Mom has lived there for several years and really likes it there. The staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming.

I visited several assisted living facilities in the area in search for that right placement for my mom and none of them met my expectations. This was a very difficult decision for me and I needed to get it right. When I visited Ivy Park I immediately had a good feeling and felt this just may be the right place. Not only was the staff extremely helpful and caring, all of the residents looked very well cared for, entertained, and happy. What struck me the most is the family type atmosphere, as it is such a smaller facility than most it seemed everyone knew everyone by name. The other facilities I visited were so impersonal, busy, had several hundred residents, and just not a good fit for my mom. . My mom has now been at Ivy Park for one year and we/she could not be happier. She has a beautiful apartment, she loves the caregivers, administration, and all the dining options (the food is delicious). Im so grateful to have found Ivy Park, I definitely get a good nights sleep knowing my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for. . Thank you Ivy Park!
