        I did a self-guided tour and from the moment we entered I could notice the neglect and deterioration of the facilities, apart from the terrible service from the administration since we could not access the apartment (and we never did since we did not get a response from the administration) it is easy getting lost among so many departments, in short I would not like to return.

        this review is specifically for brsa on the maintenance team! we just moved in and she has been wonderful and so attentive. all our requests have been completed within a few hours! she was very quick and kind while completing all the requests. i really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful she was!
