Couldn't think of a more ironic name for this business after my experience with their salesman Terry. Would recommend looking elsewhere as I had better experiences with every other company I received a quote from. Terry the salesman first of all was very put off when I, the owner, couldn't make it at the last minute, and had to video call in via a family member that was there to represent me. We soon found out that this is because he uses scare tactics and other aggressive sales techniques to try and close the deal, including blatant lies. My house is older and Terry told us over and over that the homeowner could be on the hook for thousands of dollars of fines if a contractor isn't certified to work with lead paint or doesn't use the proper protocols. That simply isn't true. The contractor would be on the hook for the fines, and it's not that hard to google it. I personally was very put off by these blatant lies that were used to try and get me to sign his "deal", and feel bad for elderly people or less tech savvy people that might fall for this. In addition to that lack of "integrity", Terry told us it was impossible to do retrofit on my house, and that new construction would be needed. Clearly he is paid on commission, or else their team is completely incompetent, because I just had every window in my house retrofit by another company for about half the price as Integrity's new construction quote, and couldn't be happier with the results :)
