    I first brought my car in for the 20k service and they did not check my warranty and called me back later saying my service would not be covered. The second time they charged me $888 for a rear brake replacement where as a local repair person offered $622. Additionally, I was waiting at the dealer for the repair but unfortunately the service person marked me as absent, so my car repair took an extra day. The people are really nice but these mistakes did take a lot of time out of my day, and I'd recommend looking around for alternatives to this place.

    After picking my vehicle up from the dealership, the battery was only at the percent equal to 138 miles. After the amount of time at the dealership, for the type of recall work that was done, I am very surprised that the battery wasn't charged to 80% capacity to check whether the module replacement was a success. Prior to dropping the vehicle off for the warranty module replacement work, the battery would charge to around 235-240 miles at 80% charge capacity. Since I picked the vehicle up, the maximum miles I've been able to charge the vehicle to, at 80% charge capacity, has been equal to only 200 miles or fewer i.e. 197. The ambient outside temperature was relatively the same during the time before and after the time I dropped the vehicle off for repair and during the times I've charged the vehicle since. This is a very drastic reduction in charge capacity especially given the fact that the only thing that changed was the service that was performed to, ostensibly, increase the performance or at least decrease the danger of the vehicle turning off during a reset of the computer due to power outage. This vehicle has had the most recalls of any vehicle I've ever heard of let alone one that I've owned. At least every time that I've had service performed, recall or other, it didn't perform worse than when I dropped it off. For an EV that has a manufacture date of 12/2021, and that was rarely charged over 80% and discharged below 20%, the rapid decrease in charge capacity is unacceptable.
