I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Crow's and Chris was very honest about the conditions of both vehicles and even steered me clear of a gas guzzler that would have hurt me in this economy. Wally and the rest of the crew are efficient and helpful in every aspect of dealing used vehicles.

First time buying from an auto dealer. Transaction was quick and no hassling like the other cars salesmen do. Will be doing business again hopefully in the near future

I mistakenly went to this dealership ( crows auto San Jose) and found a 14 Jetta SE in the back of the lot. Started up fine. Test drove and purchased. I live out of town so I had a 6 hour drive to get home, so I headed home and literally the next day I go to start er and shes driving fine, then she starts stalling out. I guess this car had a engine issue they never addressed before selling the car? My car literally stalls out every chance it gets when its cold at any stop sign, its only ok to drive on the freeway without it having issues. Called them and they said they could only give me 4500 of my 6 k back even tho I had just purchased the car days ago. Ive took it to the Medford vw and they said 1300 bucks to do a engine tear apart to find the issue . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER UPDATE: BEING YOUNG AND DUMB I DIDNT REALIZE THIS DEALER SOLD ME A BLOWN HEAD GASKET ENGINE, it was leaking coolant into the engine and frothing it up badly. Spent over 3k on repairs. Had to drive 6 hours to get a signature because they never even signed it over to me in the first place. They listed it as a financed car. What scums. Never go to this dealer ever. They will screw you and sell you a car with a blown engine .

Oh goodness, this review is way overdue. I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry from this dealership back in 2017. The car was good but these people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. Especially Shawna or whatever her name is. The one that deals with the financing. But wow, she needs to get out of the car dealership business as soon as possible if she is till working in it. During the time I had the car, I got into an incident and god she was the most rudest person Ive ever dealt with. She actually had the nerve to keep my purse which had all my personal items in it, at least I had my wallet with me or else she probably would have kept that too!!!!! This place should have been put out of business a long time ago!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT, I dont even care how desperate you need a vehicle, DO NOT COME HERE. After all that happened, Im so thankful I found another car dealership and got another car that is way nicer and the guy I dealt with was so much more professional and understanding than the people at Crows Auto.
