I didn't feel pressured and Jose made sure to provide full details of what I was signing. I highly recommend looking to them for your next vehicle purchase. It's a used car dealer so be forewarned. Read and understand what you are signing. These guys do a great job at what they can do, if you know these things coming in, you will get a great deal

Buying a Used Car is never an easy process. I was in the market for a used car for my son to get to and from school and to his sports practices and, eventually, have him share it with his sister when she gets her license. I wanted something reliable and in good condition, so when I saw a Mazda 3, 2013, that looked like a good starter car. I contacted Jose and he was very responsive. I wanted to do a PPI with a mechanic I found on the Internet (also close to 5 star rating), and Jose was very accommodating. I took the car for a test drive late afternoon on day 1 (Thanks Mo Mo for helping!) and it ran well - so I asked if the mechanic could look it over. Jose had it delivered there the next day to the mechanic for evaluation. Once I had the report from the mechanic, I discussed some of the findings and Jose was very transparent on my options. We discussed it and then settled on a price - over the phone! We completed the paperwork and the car was with the mechanic to address the findings ... and the car was mine ... all within 24 hours! To top this off, when I picked up the car from the mechanic he commented that Jose / All USA Motors was very professional and that he, the mechanic, got the impression that the dealer just wanted what was best for me the customer! Thanks Jose - I've waited 1 week to post this since I wanted to make sure everything was ok - and it is!!! Thanks for a seamless, transparent, low pressure transaction.

My wife and I bought a 2006 scion well actually my wife bought the 2006 scion and at the time my wife had just maybe two months removed from having two brain surgeries after having a brain aneurysm and when we went to go and buy the car I was telling the gentleman Jose to not make any decisions until I come back because I was on the phone with my job at the time, and I had asked him to not have my wife do anything without me being there well to make a long story short, I stepped outside to take the car with my job, and by the time I came in my wife had signed the papers for the purchase of the car car cost $9000. We paid 8500 and he refused to give us the title until we paid the remaining $500 balance. The car broke down on us three months later, and the reason I asked my wife not to sign any papers, and I had asked Jose at the dealership to not talk to my wife without me present was because I knew that she would make an irrational decision because at the time being that her brain wasnt strong enough, she would be talked into doing something that she didnt want to do and sure enough we got sold lemon And have been refused the title to our car for the last year. We had that car for three months. We have not driven that car in eight months because it broke down on us. I would say never ever buy a car from the dealership.

In the past 5 months, Ive bought two cars. Kodie helped me the first time I went and shes the reason I went back when I totaled an older cat that I had. After talking with Kodie, I felt confident to go back when I found the car I wanted in their inventory. Being a female, I felt more comfortable and reassured when Kodie answered all the questions I had and gave great advice regarding an uncertainties that may have occurred. I didnt know much about cars or financing but I left with much more knowledge than before. I knew I could count on All USA Motors to provide reliable cars in their inventory with all the car facts regarding each cars history. Im so happy with my new vehicles but hopefully I dont have to go back for another few years!! P.S. I highly recommend talking to Kodie if you go, shell make you feel right at home.
