Estes Express Lines

The wood floor was just put in front of the door and blocked the way. Its raining outside and they refused to move it to the living room or even to the patio. The customer service, or whoever he is, speaks rudely like a boss, refuses to provide a solution. When I ask to try to lift the wood to see whether I can move it in by myself, the boss refuses to give me 5 minutes to try and forces the worker to leave immediately. Never ever will use this company once more!

This is the absolute worst company. Do not use them under any condition. Their service people are LIARS. They say that they have called you to schedule a delivery but never leave a message. When you finally get a hold of them they schedule a delivery time but do not show. Rude and unprofessional. If there was a negative rating possible, this organization has earned it and I would gladly give it to them. Do not work with this company under any circumstance. Horrible!

We ordered a large (8 by 10.5 ft) outdoor shed. We were notified by the manufacturer this had been shipped by Estes Express. I contacted the San Jose office by phone to determine when this would be delivered and was advised they would call to schedule. I also sent a follow up email requesting a delivery time, with no response. On the second day at roughly 5pm we noticed a large truck out front of our home. When we asked if this was the shed delivery, he confirmed. The shipment consisted of 2 oversized packages weighing roughly 350 lbs. These did not fit in our driveway and certainly not on our front porch! The driver was redirected to a side gate and drive to the rear of our property. I'm very curious as to what would have taken place if we had NOT been at home to supervise this delivery. Something of this size and weight, not to mention dollar value (almost $1500) absolutely requires clear communication and confirmation ahead of time. This was horrific customer service all around. Beware of doing business with this company, who knows when and where your shipment will end up.
