U-Haul Moving & Storage at the Alameda

Marco was so informative and helpful in helping me get my trailer hitch put on. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but he made the process seamless. Everything came out greatso grateful he was there to help.

Waye was AMAZING! Ive used U-Haul 2x before and I had a rough time and the persons seemed like they didnt like the job. But Waye was INCREDIBLY NICE. Never experienced patience, smiles and such care related to customer service such as I had the pleasure of experiencing it with Waye. He clearly stays positive and his reassuring voice with calm down anyone. Cant say enough about him.

The staff her are great! They took great care of me and had me laughing! They made me forget I was a customer and it was more of a hangout. Oh, and they were all working hard the whole time. I had an appointment to get a hitch installed at noon. I had planned on being there at least 3 hours, that's the wait time it says on the website. So, I went and had lunch. I came back 90 minutes later and Marco was 95% done with installing my hitch. I waited a few more minutes and he was finished! I'll definitely go back to the Alameda U-Haul!

I don't usually give review s but I am compelled to give an excellent customer service review to Mr. Waye D. from U haul, the Alameda branch. When you walked in you will immediately be greeted by this gentleman with a huge smile & a positive energy. Something I rarely see & experience from any customer service position, especially first thing in the mornings. Mr. Waye D. does his best to solve whatever issues you may have regarding rentals.
