We had John Thompson Tree Experts clear the branches hanging over our roof. They had been breaking off and hitting our house for quite some time and the owner of the tree had been doing nothing about it, despite being contacted multiple times.
His crew did a great job and were very professional. John is very experienced with taking care of problems with your trees, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.

My neighbors used this service and John Thompson, owner, had the cul-de-sac full of vehicles and tree limbs when we returned from a weekend away late on a Sunday afternoon. Our driveway access was blocked making it very diffucult to maneuver due to his trucks and the pile of unchipped branches in the street. It was manageable to move the pile over so we began with help from a neighbor. Then, someone from Tree Experts came with more branches to put in the pile, and was asked to wait to make the pile for a few minutes so we could park.
John Thompson, owner, said NO, he would continue to build a pile without chipping it because if he guided it was possible to park anyway. When we responded that we did not need help parking the camper, and asked him to continue to chip clear or chip the debris so we turn around to back in, he turned off the chipper and made the pile larger. He proceeded to get in our face and stood blocking the sidewalk next to the driveway, and said he could get on the driveway anyway and that because it was Sunday there was no one to write a parking citation. He even added he was "with" the CA Sherriff and could do what he wanted. Then, he took his own truck and completely blocked our driveway. At that point a parking violation was called in. Police came to cite him and he moved his vehicle and chipped the branch pile and continued working until late evening finishing the job. Camper was properly the next morning before work.
