        I used them a few times this time I was disappointed I paid for my trip when I get home from my trip I found out the hotel charge me for what I had already paid for I call the travel agent she called the property they said they will refund the money when they did after 4 days I went into overdraft she said the manager will call me never hot a call from hotel manager just a email saying sorry they didn't even wanted to compensate me
