I brought in a Senco FinishPro. Gary not only repaired it but made the argument to Senco that the repair should be covered under warrantee based on several factors. i was in complete agreement as the tool was less than a year old. Senco agreed and months later when I forgot about the transaction. Gary called me to tell me he had a refund for me. He mailed me a check and won a customer for life. He was friendly and very personable which is someone I like doing business with and will continue to do so in the future. christopher scola construction CMS

I brought in a Senco nail gun that had been given to me. It was in great condition except it would hiss while using it.Since it had been sitting around for awhile, I thought maybe some part had dried out or something. When I brought it in, they told me that the guy who works on nailers would take a look at it and give me a call in a day. When I went back to pick it up, Gary told me that this particular model was prone to a leaky seal. He tried replacing it but the hiss continued, even sounded worse. So he put my original part back in and took it back to his workshop and tinkered with it for a short while and came back with a big grin. He had found a leak near the trigger and replaced the faulty "O"rings. Now it works like a charm. This is a great place to bring your garden tools, too. They service chainsaws, lawnmowers, weed-eaters, etc. I will definitely be back.
