A little bit arrogant. Offers to significantly charge you by the hour. Got to be kidding somehow- asks for a thousand to file a certain type of tax, when other places in San Jose costs only 1/5 that amount with same or even better service.

I looked up Do LE & CO on the internet and gave it a try because it is closer to my house. The owner, after reviewing my tax papers and the previous year tax file, she told me the cost to file my tax returned. She then later billed me with a 65% increased of what she quoted me. WTF!&%  She is greedy and wants a chunk from my return.  I later learned that she charged me triple of what I should be paying. I found another tax firm on Montague Ct. He also teaches at the local University. He charges very reasonable which is 70% less than what Do Le & CO charged me. Service is excellent!
