California Sports Center Great Oaks

Our kids have been going here for almost a year. Their preschool program is wonderful. Coach Sabrina is so patient and engaging! The ninja coaches are also so patient and energetic! We've been so happy with Coach Brianna and Coach Grace! We've also done camp here and the kids consistently ask to come back. We recently held a birthday party here. The party was so seamless and all the kids and parents had a wonderful time! So many parents approached us asking about our experience and classes as they were impressed by the facility and coaches. For preschoolers especially, the program is so much stronger than other preschool gyms. Coach Brianna, Coach Grace, Coach Amisha, and Coach Sami handled 27 kids on the floor without a hitch. Coach Brianna checked in with us to ensure everything was moving smoothly. All the kids were so engaged and they managed to herd the kids for a birthday photo, which as a parent, has been nearly impossible. I can highly recommend having a party here with this team we had! All in all the kids have appreciated each coach they've come in contact with. They get to know your kids and their interests as well. I'm sure every facility has its ups and downs and yet we've been pleased for several months! Bonus to this location is if you have a preschooler and school aged kid, everyone is in the same gym, as opposed to Cambrianna where they are separate. It makes it easier as a parent to watch both if you can find classes at the same time.

Classes are organized and engaging. Teachers are wonderful and caring, however they no longer offer make up classes, hence the 3 out of 5 stars.

Fun and friendly but dance classes are way over priced. My daughter did gymnastics and some of the dance classes here since she was 3 (she is now 8) she has loved them and had a great experience . The coaches are very friendly, the gymnastics programs are great- they offer all levels and help advance your child. But the dance classes are over priced for the lack of technical instruction. It's great for toddlers and it is fun for the kids, but if you want your child to learn dance techniques this is not the place.

I am a parent of five children, and each of them has been able to benefit from the programs at CSC over these past 13 years! We have participated in many different classes and offerings, including dance, open gym play, birthday parties, preschool gym, Ninja Kidz, recreational gym, Xcel Team, and Junior Olympic/Development Girls Team! I also have a daughter who was trained as a Junior Coach and is now thoroughly enjoying being an actual coach at the gym! I am grateful to have started our journey at CSC so many years ago and therefore that all of our children have had so many great opportunities and experiences.For those interested in the competitive gymnastics track, our 13-year-old daughter has been at CSC since she was three years old, and she is currently in level 9 on the Junior Development Girls Team. She is hoping to be recruited for college gymnastics in the years to come! She has quality coaches who not only help her to strive for excellence in gymnastics but also continuously encourage her to maintain a healthy, balanced life outside of the gym as well.In addition, through the ups and downs of COVID, the staff have worked tirelessly to provide the best, safest program possible for the students, and for that I am also so thankful!Thank you, CSC!
