Julia is amazing with my son and his AAC. Its been very hard to find a speech provider who has a therapist who specializes in AAC, thankfully we got Julia. The process of getting in was a bit frustrating, but not entirely fault from peninsula, Kaiser made it pretty confusing to navigate. However- I have to give a huge shout out to Robin. Robin called me personally to apologize and help with a new authorization to get my son back into therapy and with Julia. She was so kind and understanding and very efficient with communication with Kaiser to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to Robin! She was amazing in helping us. Jose also helped us get scheduled. My son has had a few sessions with Julia and she is professional, very warm, great with my son. I feel he will greatly improve his aac knowledge working with her over time. I would recommend this speech vendor for their accountability and professionalism and skilled therapists.

Very professional organization, from the therapists to the scheduler, never a doubt of quality and care. High quality speech associates and even if not with Ms. Karter, my daughters favorite speech therapist, the substitutes are equally of high standard too.
