VBO Tickets

VBO has been a game-changer for us. We are a small school with a small staff, and finding a box office platform that allows for all of the features typically reserved for larger-scale operations has made it possible for us to bring all of that functionality and flexibility to our patrons. It was no easy task finding a vendor that scaled to our relatively small size, and we were so happy to find that VBO did just that. Our processes have been streamlined and simplified tremendously, and we've been able to turn our attention even more toward our guests. Thanks to everyone at VBO for making this all possible for us!

VBO came to our rescue!!! Walnut High School Performing Arts Center was in desperate need of a box office ticketing system. After much research, we found VBO Tickets was going to be a perfect fit for our needs. With a very short time frame to get up and running, the VBO team walked us through the entire process with ease. We met our deadline and started selling tickets online. The system is very user friendly, robust and we were able to customize the system for our organization. I can not thank the VBO, staff and support team for all they do to support us. I highly recommend VBO for any educational performing arts center.

Great Collaborative Development Team and Product! I am in a unique facet of the ticketing industry and manage the ticketing operations of a Horse Track and Entertainment Venue. As with all new systems, when we did run into questions or concerns, the VBO support team was quick to respond and even immediately during event day circumstances. In addition, the reporting capabilities can be by any criteria your business requires and even supports tracking by account codes. This tool has optimized our guest's overall experience with our ticketing platform with website integration, increased our advanced sales and, in turn, optimized the efficiency of our admissions operations.
