Great service from Christina, very knowledgeable, friendly and really knew her products. Its been hard to find shoes and she gave me great advice. Will return any time we need shoes.

I left this store feeling very disappointed. I went in to exchange some hokas I purchased online. The hoka website says we can return or exchange their shoes in Footwear, etc. When I walked in, a young, blue-eyed gentleman said that they actually stopped accepting online returns 2 weeks ago. The way he said it was kinda weird, it felt like he was making it up. He paused for a moment, looked at me up & and down, then said, "we actually don't do that anymore," with a slight smirk. I thought he just didn't want to return an online order. I was really excited to get some new hokas that actually fit. I was going to purchase 2 pairs because I'm traveling soon. The hoka website should remove these locations from their website if the associates are going to turn customers away. Especially if they're lying about accepting online returns. I returned my shoes at the Xpress shipping store right down the street & I'm glad I did because the associate was so friendly! I ended up buying my hokas at Sports Basement. They have MUCH better variety & friendlier staff.

Great customer service -- they call all over to try to find the size or style they don't have there.
