I had an excellent experience there was two associates Andres and Amber who went above and beyond to help me return my package by helping the product fit in the box. They also gave overall excellent customer service.

I broke both arms last year and had to do a return. I was worried how i would manage the box and bar code and Alex was working that morning. The store was busy but she was patient with me providing a stress free experience. I've been there multiple times since and she is friendly and patient with everyone. Because of her exceptional customer service, this is the only UPS Store I will go to

We went to this store for the first time and loved the experience. Got documents notarized in quickly. Service was super friendly. Andres was efficient. We will be returning here in the future.
