Photo speaks for itself ... result of All Seasons' workmanship when they started to do residential roofing as a subcontractor for Solar City (Tesla). Out of warranty now, so they wanted $550 to fix it.

I have been the president the Tyrella Townhomes HOA for the past 25 years. We needed a new roof after being plagued by leaky rooves for years. We thought we could forego replacing the entire roof, by fixing the roof piecemeal, which was a costly mistake. Being an HOA we of course went out for bids. The numbers were all over the place across the bids; it was very frustrating. Then it was suggested to me to speak to All Seasons. We met with the team, had a site survey and were presented with an estimate for the job. This was not the cheapest bid, but the most comprehensive. After selecting All Seasons, and the work progressed, we found damage to the roof and stucco which needed to be repaired as well. As with any job there are change orders. What is worthy to note, All Seasons did not take advantage of the situation. They corrected several defects in the original building construction. Yes, the job went over budget but we got good value for our dollar as well as a very good roof warranty. All Seasons has been a good partner of our association. They have our trust, which is key. Last year, we contracted with All Seasons to replace our gutters as well. Again, they proved to be a valuable asset. The team took their time to analyze our issues and come up with a customized solution, again at a very fair price. I cannot say enough about the value that they bring to the table, especially for those who may be on a board of directors for an HOA. Services: Skylight repair, Gutter installation, Roof installation
