I am really close friends with founder Eric Brandenburgs kids and as a result I was constantly with them even when Eric had some work to get done. We often went to his office and I have to say that the work ethic of every single staff member in this building is absolutely amazing! The benefits of being business partners with Brandenburg Properties will astound you! I highly recommend doing business with Brandenburg Properties!

I am a realtor with a listing in one of the mobile home parks that Brandenburg Properties manages. I have found that their response to my inquiries has been rude and lacking any compassionate. I have a listing on a very old manufactured home (built in 1977). The space rent was arbitrarily increased to $1,316. A loop hole allowed them to ignore the 3% yearly increase that the mobile home rent control allows. They refuse to offer any explanation for this. This is a 55+ mobile home park and I consider this to be senior abuse. We have continued to lower the list price until it is below market value but every interested buyer is reluctant to move forward because of the high rent. The other homes in the park that are not as nice as ours have sold because their space rent is under $800. All I was asking for was a compromise of a monthly reduction that would motivate a buyer to move forward. There seems to be an ulterior motive on their part.

I live in one of their Mobile Home Communities. The staff and the maintenance guy are top notch! I am still working and am a water heater installer for a big company. I see a lot of mobile home communities. I am proud to live in one of theirs. I read the first review complaining about getting notes while they consider theirs so much better than the others around them. SO WHAT! Worry about your own area and don't worry about anyone else's. You never know what someone else's financial or health situation may be. Just be glad you're able to take care of your own place. I love Willow Ranch Mobile Home Park. So very grateful to be here. Let me start by saying that if I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother has lived in a mobile /manufactured home community of theirs for about 10 years. Her place is well maintained and is nicer looking than 99% of the units in her park. The on site maintenance and management does nothing but drop notes in her mailbox saying, "change this or change that". All of the crap units around hers have much bigger issues but they don't get the same messages. I've thoroughly read the rental agreement and most (if not all) of the "required changes" are BS. In a nutshell, I would recommend not renting space from these people.
