I contacted Attorney Damian Castaeda after finding him on Google. His response time was greatly appreciated. Especially compared to other inquiries I had made without a single returned call! Within 2-3 hours, he replied via text and referred me to another attorney who could help me with my particular situation, as my issue was out of his scope. I truly appreciate the attention to such a basic business practice - returning calls/responding to inquiries. Surprisingly, it's something other law firms lack, apparently. Thank you !!

I called Damian looking for legal help in transferring a property title for my rental property. Although his firm doesn't handle issues such as mine, Damian took his time to understand my request and recommended 2 other attorneys in the area who do specialize in what I need. I'm glad I called Castaneda & Co. as I was going through a difficult time. He advised me of my situation and I feel much relieved after our phone call. I'm glad he answered my phone call as other offices were closed much earlier.

Damian Castenada--what a wonderful surprise. An attorney who is caring and kind, and goes out of his way to be helpful. I had a contract dispute that I needed advice on. Not only did he give me advice on the aspects I was expecting--Small Claims Court, arbitration and mechanics liens--but he advised me on elder abuse as well as filing a complaint/claim with the state contractors license board and the state bar association. He also told me of local free legal services to help me craft my responses and complaints, as well as where to get Small Claims Court advice. He sent me pdfs on how to craft a case and how to present it to the judge. He sent me the law on various aspects of my case, so I had the rules to back up my claims. Before talking to him. I was very worried about a lien being put on our hone by an unethical contractor. After our discussion, I feel empowered to go after these scumbags. Thanks for being such a mensch, Damian.
