I recently referred a corporate client to Joshua Borger at GED to represent it in a litigation matter. My client had received a demand letter threatening litigation that potentially could have forced my client into Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Josh Borger took up their defense forcefully and methodically. Within a few days, Josh had researched the relevant case law on the issues raised in the plaintiffs’ demand and mastered the facts of the situation in thorough detail. By the sheer force of his advocacy at mediation, Josh Borger accomplished an outcome better than our most optimistic expectations. He managed to persuade the plaintiffs to drop the matter entirely.
