Roberto was amazing he helped me understand how the market works and the process of purchasing a house. When I was ready to buy a home this year I had no doubt that I had to work with Roberto to help me find my home. He was responsive and respectful. Roberto is very knowledgeable and experienced and was always available to help me answer any questions. I had a very unique situation with the seller and Roberto had no problem stepping in to support me and negotiate on my behalf.
I used my Veteran loan benefits to buy my home and Roberto as a Veteran himself knew all the ins and outs of the process. He was honest with me that some agents do not want to work with VA loans because they have added requirements. He made sure the homes we looked at would pass all VA requirements. When he presented my offer Roberto went above and beyond assuring listing agent that my loan process would be no different than any other loan. We closed in 25 days!!!

Roberto owned my entire SJ sale transaction from start to finish.
