I was a first time buyer, and self employed, so it was a bit overwhelming with everything that goes into buying a home. Thankfully, Ned was there to help me every step of the way. Ned was recommended to us by a family member and we're glad he was. We were first time buyers and were expecting a long and stressful experience, however Ned proved us wrong. We started house hunting in December of 2020 and found our home September 2021. Ned was great at guiding us through the process and it clearly shows that he has extensive knowledge about the market. He is very honest with his opinions and makes you feel like you can really trust him. For example, if he believes the home is not in a good neighborhood or not worth the price, he will tell you. He's not just trying to make the sale, he truly cares about the important aspects of purchasing a home (ex. neighborhood, HOA fees, affordability). Ned was introduced to us by a longtime friend of the family and went above and beyond to help us sell our house. This was our first time selling a home, and he made the process lightweight and painless from start to finish. During our first discussion, he pinpointed the price that our home eventually sold for. He helped schedule the showings around our busy day-to-day and even arranged for contractors to help make repairs and improvements so we could make top dollar. When most of his competitors had little experience in our area and seemed a bit unprepared, Ned showed up with a lengthy presentation on our home, his services, and had a list of comparable homes in the area.
