This review is for Demphina Ogutu. I cannot say enough about the quality and value Demphina has provided since I started working with her. Initially I met Demphina at an open house I was walking through in 2011. I liked the way she presented herself and gave her my contact information. She soon became my agent and sold me my current townhome in 2012. I am now in the process of looking to upgrade to a larger house. Demphina has shown me many houses and has been honest in pointing out upside and downside of each. We have made a few offers but haven’t secured one yet but we will. Let me say that I am not the easiest person to work with. Demphina has been patient and professional while we work towards finding the next home. I recommend Demphina in your home search. It was a pleasure to work with Demphina in finding and purchasing my new home.
