Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication from the real estate professional I encountered while trying to schedule a tour for a rental property. I had diligently marked my calendar for the open house she announced on Zillow, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on 6/4/2023, and drove 40 miles to the address. To my disbelief, upon arrival, I discovered that the open house had been rescheduled to an earlier time, 11:30 am, without any notification to the applicants. Feeling frustrated and taken aback by this sudden change, I immediately contacted the real estate professional, leaving her a voicemail expressing my concerns. Regrettably, neither I nor the other applicant who had also scheduled a tour received any response from her. This lack of responsibility and disregard for our time is truly unacceptable. Clear and effective communication is a fundamental aspect of any professional's role, especially when dealing with potential clients. Unfortunately, this real estate professional failed miserably in that regard. If it were possible, I would give her a rating of 0 stars. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering working with this particular individual or the agency she represents. Such unprofessional behavior and a lack of respect for clients' time should not be tolerated in the real estate industry. It's disheartening to encounter individuals who prioritize their own convenience over providing a satisfactory experience for their clients. I hope my review serves as a reminder for the real estate professional in question to reevaluate her approach and improve her communication skills. Potential renters deserve better treatment and should not have to endure the frustration and disappointment that I experienced during this process.
