It was a great pleasure working with Freda for my both transactions, buying a new single family house and selling my condo. Freda is very knowledgeable and hands on person. She has pretty good understanding of the real estate market. She was always available by phone, text, email if we need any help. Not only that, she was able to meet us with a moments notice. Fortunately we both live inside SCVCC and she knows the community very well so that was a plus for us. Freda helped us to get a good deal in buying our new single family house and more than asking in terms of selling the condo. She helped us in every step of the process e.g. staging, cleaning etc. and made sure she is always there for us. We highly recommend Freda to anyone with their home buying/selling!

Freda Wang is the best realtor I have worked with. She helped me both on buying and selling homes and she did a fatalistic job on everything. Freda Wang is an incredibly warm, professional, smart, and experienced real estate agent. Freda went far above and beyond any expectations. We were navigating the extremely hot sellers market after the pandemic in Feb/Spring 2022. We'd tried a number of agents, but most were not much help in such a strong sellers market. We were then introduced to Freda Wang and she got us into our house within a *few short months* on budget through strategy and skillful negotiation on her part. She provided deep local knowledge about the market and process. Freda found answers and solutions to all of our questions/concerns. She went to great lengths to make sure the house was in good shape and suitable to our needs I cannot overstate the commitment Freda has to her buyers! Freda was also incredibly patience with us and we always felt respected by her. I am extremely grateful we found Freda. She's been such an incredible person to work with throughout.
