We worked with Randall in Sept 2022 to purchase a home in the south bay. Randall was very helpful in answering our questions and flexible with meeting with us at open houses. He was respectful of our input and did not push us in any directions. From putting in an offer to the process of closing, Randall provided excellent support, with quick calls, texts and emails to make sure everything was covered, signed and on time. At the time we had some travel over lapping with our closing schedule, and Randall really helped to make sure things went smoothly and we ended up closing in 20 days and just before our travel dates. He provided us good info during negotiations and overall great service and look forward to working with him in the future.

I just wan to thank Randall for his professionalism and for helping me look at the Purchase Agreement Documents. I was surprised that even though he was not representing me on the sale of my property, he went out of his way look at the documents and within an hour he returned my call and was able to point out some concerns with the contract. He guided me and I was able to change some of the sale stipulations on the contract saving me a substantial amount of money. His knowledge in Real Estate business is extensive. I recently had the pleasure of working with Randall Ramirez for the sale of my Condominium. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Randall was professional highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. We are super glad that we had Randall as our buyer agent! My husband and I were first time home buyers, and we started not even knowing what contingency was! Fortunately we met with Randall and he was very patient and great at explaining all of these concepts to us. More importantly, we could feel that Randall genuinely wanted to help us find "the one" - when our offer got out-bid the first time on a home my husband and I both really loved (let's call it "the one"), Randall suggested us to get our loan underwritten so our loan profile would be a lot more competitive next time we put down an offer. And guess what? A month later "the one" came back to the market because the other buyer's loan got denied. Thanks to Randall's foresight, this time our loan profile is a lot more solid than last time and the seller didn't hesitate at all & accepted our offer! It was also worth mentioning that my husband & I were traveling in UK during almost the entire home purchasing process, so Randall took care of the entire appraisal process for us locally in San Jose and updated us every step along the way.
