Helen and Dale were a joy to work with. As a first time homebuyer, they immediately put me at ease with their experience and expertise on market trends for housing in the Bay Area. They were very flexible in their scheduling, making times that worked for me to show properties or to chat about any concerns I had. Even after buying my home, they helped with all those "new home" touch ups. They helped me schedule the repair work that I had planned for, they met with the repair personnel, oversaw the repairs. They even personally helped me install the cabinet handles in my kitchen. I will be recommending them to all my friends, family, coworkers, anybody in the market for a new home.

I have been knowing The Warfel Gardin Group - Pulse Real Estate for a while and I highly recommend their services. There are many realtors saying that we are cheap and cheapest; but do they give you the best ROI? House is the most expensive investment for the most. If that is the case, then why settle for the cheapest one? I was given Dale and Helen's information by another professional I was working with on the sale of my aunt's home. I do not live in the Bay Area any longer, and had to sell her home after moving her closer to us. After speaking to Dale on the phone, I knew that he was very knowledgeable of the area, and willing to help us sell her home. After meeting both, we knew my aunt's home was in the right hands to help get it sold. They answered all questions, responded to very text or call within that same day. They gave us the best service from start to finish, and being there every step of the way. Without them I don't know if we could have sold her home as fast and as smooth as it went. Dear Dale and Helen. I wanted to take the time and thank you both so very much for all your wonderful work. I am truly amazed and grateful for all that you guys did. From the moment we met you both made me feel like family. You both assured me that you would be there every step of the way and indeed you were. You always explain things to me in a way that I would understand. You Were Always On Top of the contractors and making sure everything was getting done properly and in a timely manner. When I looked at my messy garage and thought how the heck am I going to clean this out in time you guys were there right with me getting rid of all the junk in there and you guys went out and bought curtains for the front window so that nobody could tell that the house was empty and bought the timer for the lights, little things like that really meant a lot to me. Not only did the two of you do such a great job on selling my house, you did even a better job, if that's even possible , finding me my new house. Thanks again for all your hard work and I will definitely continue till everybody I know who's looking for a realtor, to get a hold of you guys.
