As first-time homebuyers, Theresa was a great resource for getting to know the market, the neighborhoods, and the ways in which we might consider modifying our search. Her YouTube page is full of helpful videos and market updates. She helped us understand everything about the homebuying process, and went above and beyond to provide suggestions regarding inspection reports, school ratings, etc. She has great connections for everything from mortgage lenders to home repair/maintenance, and contractors really anything you need. She was very attentive and always quickly responsive to our requests and concerns. On many occasions she was able to show us a property on very short notice, which is important in a market where most homes are only listed for a short time before they get scooped up. Theresa spent 9+ months helping us in our home search, and we are thrilled that we finally got a home in such a crazy market. Once our offer was accepted, Theresa walked us through every step of the escrow process in great detail to ensure that all went smoothly right up until closing day. We have so valued her expertise, patience, time, and perseverance and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in and around San Jose.
