Valerie is an awesome agent. She helped us bought our first SFH back to year 2014. Then sold it and bought the other one in 2017. Again in 2023. She has solid knowledge of the local market and is super responsible. We did had tons of questions to ask and were able to get them answered in a few hours. We found Valerie on recommendation of a few of our friends and we couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, she was very warm, easy to communicate with and always available to answer our questions. Valerie took her time to understand our preferences, and provided valuable suggestions on evaluating the houses based on our needs and preferences. She is incredibly resourceful and has many useful contacts that she was able to leverage to ensure that our home-buying experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Valerie and Judy helped us sell our evergreen condo in 2021 for a record price. We feel lucky to have got a chance to work with them. Both of them are very caring and responsive to the needs of clients. It's no exaggeration to state that they are epitome of professionalism in real estate industry. They helped us in fixing minor house issues, cleaning, staging, organizing open house and finally getting multiple offers in less than a week. Our condo got sold for 8-10% above prevailing comps in the area. After selling the condo, they also helped us negotiate a great purchase deal in west San Jose / Cupertino area on a single family house. Throughout the process, they were very responsive , set the right expectations without over promising . I will love to work with them again if I get a chance. I have talked to a lot of good and bad agents in the area over last few years and I can confidently say that they are the rare jewels. We can't thank them enough for helping us upgrade to a nice SFH in such a difficult market. They deserve my highest recommendation

I stumbled onto a house for sale with Valerie's Infiniti For Sale sign in the yard. I wasnt being represented by an agent and made a blind call to her. I was a little reluctant to think she would represent me fairly to the seller since I wasnt represented by another agent and she would only be protecting the interests of the seller or simply hungry for the extra closing points she would collect from me. Boy was I wrong! Valerie could not have been more fair, objective, informative and objective to both the seller she represented and to me. During the purchase process and after closing, Ive gotten to know the seller and we both hold Valerie in the highest regard. She is a master in creating the win/win business transaction. She also recommended professionals during the closing process that seemed to bend over backwards for me even during a time that is a sellers market. They clearly had the same respect for her professionally that I had developed in only working with her for less than 30 days. As excited as I was to fund and close, get the keys and make a new home for myself and my children, Valerie went one step further. When we entered our new home for the first time, she had left personalized gifts for each of us on the kitchen counter. Really? Who needs to go that far above and beyond in todays crazy market? Valerie Trang did. I have no intentions to buy or sell again in the near or distant future, but if circumstances should require it, my choice in realtors is a silly no-brainer.
