San Jose's Presidential Real Estate has a wonderful staff who are all incredibly efficient and friendly. Had the pleasure of living at a property of theirs for almost 8 years and they always took great care of us, helping with repairs and appliance updates in a swift manner. Worked directly with John, Brad, Andrew and Eddie over the years and every last person was professional and kind. Highly recommend this excellent property management.

John rented me a luxury home for a year. Unfortunately for me, the owners chose to sell it or Id still be living there. During the move-in, time living in property, and move-out process, John provided boutique level services and handled any and all maintenance concerns within 12-24 hours. He has a large team of individuals at his disposal to handle any and all home needs. The listings may be slightly higher than average, but this is due to the stellar services you get. In this instance, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend John for managing your rental, and for renting a property.

I was interested in renting an apartment, but was quoted one price and I didnt mind paying it, but then they asked for more because they furnished it! I already had new furniture! Then they said that you had to have a 650 credit score! I have been in the same apartment for over 10 years and have never had any issues with late payments and even had a reference letter from my current landlord.

These guys really put 100 effort into any thing that needs to be done. Very professional, understanding and easy to work with. I'm a single mother and full time student. I have a busy schedule and these gentlemen are quick, straight to the point and can be counted on, which is so important to me. I definitely recommend renting from this property mgmt company but only if you want good reliable customer service oriented landlords
