Dean was very responsive in providing a quick and very competitive quote. He did the job thoroughly, professionally, and enthusiastically. He also went the extra mile in photographing and filming the condition of our roof and providing suggestions on how to avoid future gutter clogging.

Dean convinced me to hire SJ Pressure Washing by his honest conversation about moss removal from our roof. I am very happy that I decided to go with Dean, he is very sincere, punctual, gave me a reasonable price, knows how to clean roof with low pressure wash and listens to you carefully about what you require. I particularly appreciate the care he took to ensure plants, furniture at neighbors deck were not harmed by the cleaning solution. Roof looks great now - thanks. Dean helped me with before and after pictures for Tesla for installation of solar panels. Happy to highly recommend Dean for any structural cleaning and will be calling him next summer to clean solar panels.
