I recently had water heater leaking on a Sunday, it was due for replacement anyway and Efficient water heater was recommended highly from a friend. The owner was very honest and direct and gave me a very resanoable quote after looking at a couple of pictures. The installer Omar arrived on time and did a very professional job, installed a new Bradford white water heater and all the accessory, the quality was excellent!

Received a quote for water heater replacement after sending a couple of photos. The owner addressed all of my detailed questions about how the new water heater would be vented. The provided quote was in-line with a quote I received from another company. The technician did a fantastic install and was professional throughout. I am writing this review as a warning to others regarding the extremely unsatisfactory service provided by a Efficient Water Heaters Inc (Joseph) heater installer. Not only did this installer fail to honor the warranty promised at the time of installation, but they also proved to be incompetent in diagnosing the actual issue. To add insult to injury, they completely ignored my attempts to communicate with them. Beware of this installer and consider alternative options to avoid wasting your time and money. When I initially hired this installer, they assured me of a warranty that would cover any problems that might arise with the tankless heater. However, when I experienced an issue shortly after installation and reached out to them for assistance, they conveniently ignored their commitment and refused to provide the necessary support. Their blatant disregard for the warranty they promised is a clear demonstration of their lack of integrity. Moreover, their diagnostic skills were woefully inadequate. Despite my clear explanation of the problem, the installer insisted that the issue was something entirely different, disregarding my insight and understanding of the situation Fortunately, I decided to seek assistance from a different installer, who proved to be competent and reliable.
