Jerry came to my home several times and every time he delivered great results and helped us solved the issue. He's definitely the plumbing expert. For instance, today he not only helped us fixed our garbage disposal within less than 10 minutes of time, but also taught me how I should fix similar issues in future myself!! Reached out to Jerry on a late Sunday afternoon and he immediately picked up my call after no response from two other businesses. Discussed my problem (minor leak under the bathroom sink ) and he was able to come out the very next day to take a look at it. We discussed and agreed on the work scope and I also added on extra job of connecting up my RO water line to fridge. He gave me a great discount and he came by the very next day with all the materials first thing in the morning to solve both my problems. I liked that he made it a point to wear boot covers when entering the house every time. After doing an excellent job, he made sure to leave the place neat and clean. Post the job, he sent a neat invoice listing everything so you can see what youre paying for. It was very easy and straightforward dealing with Jerry and I plan to use his services again.
