Freddy and the team did great work. Miguel and Antonio worked diligently to complete the work required, overcoming unexpected challenges to make sure the job was done correctly. Communication with the team was transparent and professional. They handled the permitting process and interfacing with the city inspectors to make sure everything was done to code and approved. Freddy was straightforward to work with and approachable with questions.

Freedom Underground Plumbing was last site visitor for estimate. Mr. Porras told me to give him one hour when I told him already got two estimates and if not that day, I may go with one of the two. When he arrived, he explained to me the process and true to his words, he emailed me the quote that night. The lead and assistant technicians, Miguel and Yessid, did a fantastic job. Very clean, methodological, and professional! Also, I will be remised if I don't say a word about Sabrina. She call when necessary and stayed on top throughout the process. All in all, great team/company, good experience...!!!

Freddy and his crew Miguel were excellent - hitting all five qualities above fixed my water service line leak in shortest turnaround time. Freddy was also very considerate in the pricing discussion and helpful. Highly recommended.

The city of Cupertino requires a "main sewer cleanout" installed for each home. Our's did not have it and therefore needed to get it installed. The entire Freedom Underground Plumbing team is excellent to work with - prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their cost estimate was also fair. The work quality is excellent. We surely recommend this team for such projects.
