Be aware people, this place wants to sell you stuff that you do not need! The guy working there has zero knowledge about how body works and gives you dangerous and wrong advice! He showed me the basal metabolic rate on the report and told me to eat about that much to lose fat!!!! Dude, undereating is a big problem among women and causes both mental and physical illness! You are showing the wrong path and it is just terrible and very scary!
