They are all over you when looking for a new law firm once you have agreed to have them represent you all communication stops your unable to get ahold of anyone but the front desk who is never the same persone twice answereing calls and they say they will have your team get back to you but they never call back I'm feeling like this was the biggest mistake of my life

This lawfirm is the worst lawfirm i've ever worked with. At the beginning, they were trying so hard to have me sign the agreement with them. After I signed an agreement with them, they said they would give me a follow up call soon and would assign a case manager to my case. After 2-3 weeks, I don't get any updates or follow ups, so i decided to call them. When i called them each time, they always transfer me to the front desk and told me they would leave a message for the team to give me a call back/case manager but wouldn't tell me the update or who's my case manager. I have called 8 times, they always tells me that they would give me a follow up call by the end of the day but never did.
My case was an urgent case and they wasted a month of my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They called me back at 2 am after I sent them an inquiry. They even followed up after we were done, so at first I was impressed. Then I couldn't get a hold of the guy I was talking to through his email or text line he provided for over a week. Their add popped up, so I submitted a sample claim for a car accident case, and they were all over it. I don know what this is, but IT IS NOT A LAW FIRM.
