image This company is the worst. First, my order of two tables, 12 chairs and a princess castle jumper was over 2 hours late. When it did arrive the tables had old streamers all over them, the chairs had ants on them and the bounce house was the wrong one. Also, the banner that is "included" didn't even come. I tried to reach out to the company but received no response from then. Save your money and sanity and order from another company.

image I wouldn't even give this rental place a one star. They dropped of the wrong jump house to my kids party. Refused to accept responsibility or give me a discount. I'll never use them again and make sure everyone else I know doesn't either.

image NO RATING IF I COULD......DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS VENDOR....SHADY BUSINESS...The owner Shaelyn, is who you deal with and she says everything right on the phone and never does what she says.  She doesnt email you back, it takes her like 2 weeks and she screens her calls like she is scanning who is calling her...NOW I KNOW WHY......I was stupid and didnt read any of the reviews before I ordered.  I ordered a jumphouse online paid in full and canceled the event the same week, 2 months before the event, and I have not received any of my money back like she stated she would refund me within 30 days, I should have had the money back by 4/25, then she wanted to tell me that I have to wait another 30 days, and that she doesn't refund the deposit back, so basically she will only refund me less the deposit, oh and that she only gives RAIN CHECKS per her policy....Her policy says nothing about rain checks or not refunding the deposit.....I would never use this business ever.  She used to be an approved vendor for the parks, but they revised the list and she was taken off, NOW I KNOW WHY.....I have put in a claim with consumer affairs to get her license prevoked and seeking legal action.   DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR, trust me......

image Throwing a party is so much easier with their help. I was overwhelmed trying to plan my daughters graduation party. They were a one stop shop. I rented tables, chairs, tablecloths and covers, bubble machines, aslushee machine and a giant slide. They delivered everything on time. Set it up for me and even trimmed my tree so the slide would fit. They went above and beyond to help us.Everyone was so easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks for the great service jummper4kids!

image We had the same experience as Saundra D.  The only mistake we made was not reading the reviews on Yelp prior to selecting this company from Santa Clara County Parks approved vendor list.  They definitely need to remove them from the approved vendor list.  Our experience with them was beyond negative and it mirrors the experiences of other customers on Yelp, including other customers that got the business name the county list.We rented the picnic area at Los Gatos Creek Park for my daughter's 9th birthday.  The party was between 1PM - 5PM.  We wanted a jumper setup before the party and then picked up after the party was over.  With approximately 25 kids expected at the party, we ordered a large combination jumper from Jumper4Kids. The idea was that kids would trickle in and out of the jumper between other activities (soccer, Frisbee, etc.).  When we made the reservation we spoke with the owner and told her the party runs between 1PM-5PM and that we want the jumper setup by 12:30 so that it is setup before the guests come.  So to do whatever is needed to get it there on time.  She said that because we will have it for more that 4 hours, we also had to pay for extra gas which we were ok with (so yes we were charged for extra gas that was never used...continue reading).We called the owner at 1:30PM because the jumper had not yet arrived (an hour after it was supposed to be there).  She got very defensive and stated that it's all over the contract that they will deliver it within 2 hours of the promised time, so they are allowed to deliver it anytime between 10:30 and 2:30 (in my calculation that is actually a 4 hour window not a 2 hour window).  My wife told her that when we spoke we told her we needed it by 12:30PM, the expectation was that she'd write down whatever time was needed for it to get there by 12:30PM.  The owner said "You need to read the contract you agreed to".  All we could say at that point was "wow! that's not what was in the conversation when we agreed upon a time".  We didn't want to make a scene as it was our kid's birthday party. Then they finally showed up after 3:30PM and had it setup closer to 4PM (the jumper was extremely beat up and dirty...but we decided to live with it as the kids only had about an hour left at the party).  The business owner happened to be there too.  My wife told her that it was unacceptable that it arrived that late and asked for a partial refund. The owner refused and said it was not their fault because their generators were not working and that they had to go rent one specifically for us.  She said that the best she could do was give us 30% off a future rental.  My wife told her that based on our experience she would never rent from them again, so what good would a coupon be.  At that time all the kids were lined up and were waiting for it to be setup (and yes we had a lot of kids and they waited ALL day for the promised jumper).  Then the owner again got all angry and said that we have too many kids we should have ordered two jumpers, not one.  My wife again reminder her what time the jumper should have been there so that kids can trickle in and out of it throughout the day, but the owner again got defensive and stated that if there are any tears on it, that we will be billed for it. As the kids waited all day for it, we just decided to not make a scene and to just use it for the last hour of the party (and yes we still paid for the extra gas which they took back after the party).We called them to pick it up after the party and a gentlemen came to pick it up (looked at it, deflated it, rolled it up, and put it in the van).  We thought is was the end of this nightmarish experience.  The next day the owner texts us stating that after it was brought back by their driver, they unpacked it, unrolled it and inspected for tears at their place and they found a tear in the netting and that we need to pay another $500 for the netting repair.  My wife said that the driver inspected it before he picked it up.  The owner told my wife that their policy is to inspect at after they pick it up at their place, not during pick up.  Are you serious?  At the end of the day knowing that they delivered it beyond late and offered a horrible experience for the children, the owner said to just call it a wash (no refund for us because they didn't deliver what they committed to, but that they wouldn't charge us for the damage...essentially their way to keep all the money for not delivering on what they contracted for).I do expect the owner to comment on this posting and to blame us for everything as they did on other negative reviews.  The only advise I can give to everyone is to run away from this company and not give them your business...you will be very disappointed and stressed out if you do (and it will ruin your child's party).
