My family just moved here from New Mexico and I was looking for a new pain doctor to take over my pain control and contract and I’m disabled with Failed Back and been on morphine 30 mgs for 30 years and my insurance Health Net Seniority plus called them and was told they do contracts with painmedication and when I called 8/17/2020 I never been so mistreated by a front desk stuff like I heard.... we don’t do any pill writing only nerve blocks! So rude and I would not send my cat there!! Stay away from this place if you have a failed back because it sounds to me it’s a money maker on needles in your back nerve blocks that numb your nerve and don’t work at all. I’m a 51 year old male and I been bullied over doctors and nurses pushing the nerve blocks and back Stimulator! I had a doctor given me a nerve block on L4/L5 and felt good leg was numbing and nerve pain was gone 30 minutes later in the car going home it Ruptured and the pain so was intense and I was put into the hospital and had surgery the next day and I’m disabled because I was bullied by the doctor $1500 hundred bucks quick money! My MRI scan you can see all the needle holes from Nerve blocks and been told those holes are now scare tissue damage and you could see Luke 20 pin holes in my back! If you don’t treat people with pain medication tell them up front instead waiting week or two then tell them you don’t! Disgraceful

Dr. Hseih takes the time to listen to and address your concerns without making you feel rushed. He has helped with my pain management without pushing surgery. He also made a great reference to a specialist. Thumbs up!

Best Pain Management Dr in the Bay Area. He cares, respects and listen to his patients, he’s always on time. Excelent front desk personnel, easy to contact and schedule. Office always picks up the phone or call you back right away.
