        Came in for an oil change with an appointment, waited for about 2 hours. Expected to pay around $40 with a coupon, but was told it wouldnt work with the oil they planned to put in my car. Was charged $130 which is way too expensive for an oil change. Definitely not planning on coming back since it was too expensive and slow.

        Everything was good from the beginning, checking in and getting what I needed for my vechicle to be fixed. My issue was not getting status when my vehicle was ready. I had to call three times for status. Finally the last time I called, the representative I was talking to said that my vechicle was done but my paperwork was at the bottom of his pile. Also he said there was a delay in finishing at one point because the lift stalled or didnt work due to power. Frustrating when I dropped my vechicle off at around 8:00 and I was finally able to pickup around 4. It was only to replace one rear tire. The person in the morning said there were a few cards ahead of me, counted 3 in the parking lot.
