I used to love going to Cinemark at Oakridge Mall. They had the best prices for concessions(considering) really tasty popcorn and hot dogs plus their pizza it's so good especially if you get it when they just take it out of the oven. Everything is still the same taste wise, but now there are no refills. This may seem like a small thing to you if you don't eat very much popcorn or drink very much soda, but not having free refills is kind of a travesty for me. When I go to the theater I like to make a day of it. Now if I were to go and finish all my popcorn during my first movie I have to buy an entire new one for my second movie. They say it's because of covid, but that seems like a greedy Cop Out. AMC Theaters has no problem giving free refills (as long as you're an A-list member) & and sometimes even if you're not. Plus you get free refills on all sodas at AMC Theatres which I love especially since they have that pick your soda machine thing. The seats at Cinemark are still great and the food is still good, but not giving your customers free refills when it's something that we've had for so long really dampens the experience. We pay a lot of money for a few cents of popcorn and sugar water. You should at least get refills. And please do not use covid as the reason you don't give it. They're easy enough ways to prevent any sort of covid related issues.

Haven't been to the movies since COVID-19 and tonight was wonderful, spending time with the family and eating buttered Popcorn well I can say my Friday night was amazing.
