I don't have enough kind words to say about Elva and her team. I met Elva at a first-time homebuyer event, and she was warm, personable, and a lovely person to talk to. I could tell right away I had found my mortgage broker. She has more years of experience than I have been alive :). She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoken with regarding home loan financing, and she has an awesome team working for her. She found me the perfect program to get me set on the path to homeownership. Elva worked with me patiently, and diligently, throughout the whole process, and really went the extra mile to explain every step so that I understood it. Moreover, I had a really hard time closing due to the HOA not being very compliant with Fannie Mae requirements. She put in a TON of effort to work with the lenders to make sure this closed. This is in addition to simultaneously exploring alternatives if the deal were to fail because of the HOA. I am eternally grateful for everything you have done Elva. I do, and will continue to, recommend you to everyone that is looking to buy because you are a warrior in your arena. THANK YOU! I am now happily living in my new home, building wealth, and am in a significantly better financial situation than I thought attainable at the beginning. That was not possible without you.
