TOGO'S Sandwiches

I went to pick up two home orders and I asked the lady if she could mark one of the orders so I wouldn't make a mistake in the delivery and she was offended and told me that I should bring my marker and that they always stole them.

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would. They just ask you what sandwich you want and do it whatever friggin way they want. Didn't ask what toppings or cheese I would like. I got the Italian. I don't like provolone they put it on anyway. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE AGAIN...

The most ripped off I have ever felt in my life ...... they have cut the portion of Meat in half  ( less than half and doubled their prices ( literally had to search for any meat in it )...... I will never again go to any Togo's ...... !

This place is grossly underrated. I love this place and my bad experiences are extremely rare. Half the bad review are something like, "been coming here for years, but had a bad customer service interaction one time - 1 star". Like cmon people, this is a chain that rarely maintains the same employees for very long periods of time. People move on to bigger and better things. Just because you have one bad experience here doesn't mean this place isn't deserving of a 5 star rating. Food is always delicious and consistent, staff works efficiently and is very good on the phone and handling pickup orders, and did I mention its delicious!!  Love this spot.
